Shipping and Returns

Shipping: All packages are shipped via USPS
We want you to LOVE your Little Knots purchase. If there is an issue with your order where we send you the wrong product and/or color we will be happy to send out a replacement or a refund depending on availability. We DO NOT issue refunds for unwanted items as this poses sanitary issues because they are worn on your babes heads.
Once the shipment has been picked up by USPS, you will receive a updated tracking number which you can find by accessing your email you used at checkout. If your package says that it has been delivered (but in fact hasn't) please follow up with your local post office as they will know the exact coordinations of your packages whereabouts. 
Little Knots is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery scan made. We will do our best to resolve your issues to the best of our ability, but will not be able to issue a refund of any kind. 
Opening a claim with USPS is usually best, as it may lead to the location of your lost package, and hopefully can be recovered by you. 
International Shipping:
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. Please note that international packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered depending on your country's customs.
